The Bronnbacher Tunnel is a railway tunnel on the Lauda – Wertheim line near the Wertheim hamlet of Bronnbach in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg . The length of the tunnel is 349 meters. As part of the "Badische Taubertalbahn" entity , it is a listed building .

The railway tunnel leads through the Gewann Bergrain at the foot of the Dickbuckels. After the east portal ( Lage ) the route leads in the direction of Gamburg and after the northwest portal ( Lage ) in the direction of Bronnbach.

The eastern portal located within the boundaries of the Werbacher hamlet Gamburg and the North West Portal on the boundaries of the Wertheimer village Reicholzheim , where the eponymous hamlet Bronnbach with private breakpoint monastery Bronnbach and former station Bronnbach (Tauber) is located.

It is the second of a total of three tunnels on the Lauda – Wertheim railway line (next to the Gamburger Tunnel and the Reicholzheim Tunnel , also known as the Waldenhausen Tunnel ).
