Brotherhood of Blood is an American horror film by screenwriters / directors Peter Scheerer and Michael Roesch . The film had its world premiere in October 2007 at the Sitges International Film Festival in Spain. The film was released on DVD on September 26, 2008 in Germany and Austria.

Brotherhood of Blood is a claustrophobic thriller about a group of vampire hunters who find themselves caught between the front lines of a centuries-old battle between vampires and a dangerous vampire demon.
Carrie Rieger pulls at her bonds. The young vampire slayer has to break free. Guarded by vampires, chained in a dark dungeon, she is running out of time. She knows a greater threat than the vampires is looming inexorably. And tonight will bring the decision.
Because Carrie has stumbled upon a dangerous lead: Returning from a distant journey, a man is slowly turning into a vampire. And it continues to transform into something that even the vampires fear.
When almost her entire vampire hunter group is wiped out in a massacre, Carrie realizes that they are caught between the front lines of war. Hunters became the hunted. They can squeeze the truth out of a wounded vampire that the vampire hunters catch during the massacre. Evil is approaching, unstoppable.
The vampires band together. They are on the run, fearful of the return of a powerful demon: Vlad Kossei. The vampire lords had killed Kossei hundreds of years ago. But now he seems to be back. In his new body he will take revenge and destroy whatever gets in his way. But he has not yet regained his old strength ...
