Bruno Faidutti
Bruno Faidutti (born October 23, 1961 ) is a French game designer .
He is best known in Germany for the game Ohne Furcht und Adel , published by Hans im Glück Verlag . It was on the shortlist for Game of the Year 2000. Bruno Faidutti studied law, economics and history and did a PhD in history on the mythology of the unicorn. He lives and works as a high school teacher in Paris .
Bruno Faidutti's games have a relatively high luck factor . The bluff element is also very important to the avowed poker fan . This can be found for example in his card game Without Fear and Nobility . Faidutti is the author of several card games which, despite the simple game components, have an extraordinary depth of play. Other important and successful titles by Bruno Faidutti are: Bongo , Tal der Mammuts , Tschach , Mission Planete Rouge and Warrior Knights .
