Wörth Castle (Strudengau)

The castle Woerth is a abgegangenes building that on which Wörther island in the Danube , which the congregation Neustadtl at the Danube from the district of Amstetten in Lower Austria heard was. The castle was built in the form of a Romanesque residential tower.

Although no systematic archaeological prospecting has been carried out, finds from the Bronze Age have been made on the island .
