Carlo ("Carletto") Senoner (born October 24, 1943 in Selva di Val Gardena ) is a former Italian ski racer .

Senoner was accepted into the Italian national ski team in 1958. In 1959 he was Italian champion in giant slalom. He first took part in the Olympic Games in 1960 and won the slalom and giant slalom of the 3-tre races in Canazei in 1961 . He celebrated the greatest success of his career at the 1966 World Championships in Portillo , when he became world champion in slalom . He was the only one to break the winning streak of the French national ski team, which won all the other seven competitions, and was also the first Italian world champion since Zeno Colò's Olympic victory in 1952 . After participating in the 1968 Winter Olympics , he ended his sporting career. Senoner now runs a hotel in Selva.
