Carlos Briseño Arch
Carlos Briseño Arch OAR (born July 4, 1960 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Veracruz .
Life
Mario Alberto Molina Palma joined the order of the Augustinian recollects , professed on October 13, 1985, the prelate of Bocas del Toro , José Agustín Ganuza García OAR, ordained him on November 7, 1985 as deacon and prelate of Madera , Justo Goizueta Gridilla OAR, ordained him a priest on September 27, 1986 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on May 20, 2006 Titular Bishop of Trecalae and Auxiliary Bishop in Mexico City. The Archbishop of Mexico, Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera , donated him episcopal ordination on June 17 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Francisco Clavel Gil , Auxiliary Bishop in Mexico, and Angel San Casimiro Fernández OAR, Bishop of Ciudad Quesada . As a motto he chose Servi enim sumus eius Ecclesiae .
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Veracruz on November 12, 2018. The inauguration took place on January 10, 2019.
