Carlos Jaime Marcos Stlicher Bérninzon (born November 22, 1945 in Lima , † January 27, 2015 in São Paulo ) was a Peruvian ambassador .

Education
From 1963 to 1965 he studied philology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru . From 1966 to 1970 he studied law and political science at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos . In 1978 he studied international relations at the Universidad del Salvador , Buenos Aires , Argentina, and from 1982 to 1983 he received a doctorate in law from the Autonomous University of Madrid in Spain . From March to November 1970 he completed a postgraduate course of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean Commercial Promotion Expert, Santiago de Chile . From 1969 to 1976 he completed a postgraduate course of the 8th and 15th cycle of the Academia Diplomática del Perú . From March to December 2001 he completed a postgraduate course in the Senior Management Program of the Universidad de Piura . In 1978 he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. In 1968 he graduated as a professional diplomat, Diplomatic Academy of Peru. In 1978 he became a Bachelor of International Relations from the Academia Diplomática del Perú . In 2003 he was admitted as a lawyer at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos .
Career
In 1975 he was Chargé d'affaires in Cairo . From May 1993 to October 1995 he was ambassador to Stockholm and was simultaneously accredited in The Hague , Oslo , Reykjavík and Helsinki . From November 1995 to June 1999 he was ambassador to Tel Aviv . From 2007 to 2011 he had exequatur as consul general in São Paulo .
