Carlos Marques (born February 6, 1983 in Lisbon ) is a Portuguese football player .

The defender was a member of the second team at Sporting Lisbon until 2004 . Then he was one season each with AD Ovarense and União Madeira in the Segunda Liga . In 2006 he moved to Ethnikos Piraeus in Greece, but in January 2007 he came back to Portugal for the CD Olivais e Moscavide . In the summer he moved to APOP Kinyras Peyias in Cyprus . In October 2008 he was tested positive for oxymesterone during a doping control and was banned for one year. In 2011 he moved to AEL Limassol . Other stations in Cyprus were Alki Larnaka , Olympiakos Nicosia , Doxa Katokopia , Paphos FC and Digenis Akritas Morphou .

Marques ran through all Portuguese junior national teams from U15 to U21 and played 43 games.
