Celiny is a village in the powiat Tarnogórski in the Silesian Voivodeship , Poland . It belongs to the Gmina Ożarowice .

Celiny is located on the northern edge of the Upper Silesian Plate, about 22 km north of Katowice and about 15 km east of the district town of Tarnowskie Góry .

Between 1954 and 1972 the place belonged to the Gromada Sączów and from January 1 to December 9, 1973 to the Gmina Bobrowniki was then incorporated into the Gmina Tąpkowice . From 1975 to 1998 the village belonged to the Katowice Voivodeship .
