The 2003/04 season of the Celtic League , the championship jointly played by Irish, Welsh and Scottish rugby teams, began on September 5, 2003. The season consisted of 22 game days (a preliminary and a second half) and lasted until May 14 2004. The Llanelli Scarlets from Wales won the championship. At the end of the season, the Celtic Warriors were disbanded.

- 0 points in the event of a loss (before possible bonus points)
- 1 bonus point for four or more successful attempts , regardless of the final score
- 1 bonus point for a loss of seven or less points
