Pro14 2019/20 denotes the 20th season of the international rugby union championship Pro14 (also called Guinness Pro14 for sponsorship reasons ). It was planned for 21 game days and began on September 27, 2019. Four teams each from Ireland and Wales and two teams each from Italy , Scotland and South Africa are involved . The Irish team Leinster is the defending champion. The 14 teams are divided into two conferences, with each team playing 20 games: twice (one leg and one leg) against all teams in their conference, once against the teams in the other conference, and once again against a team from their country. The top three teams from each conference should qualify for the finals; the conference winners play directly in the semi-finals, while the second and third placed compete against each other in the quarter-finals.

The final was originally scheduled for June 20, 2020 at Cardiff City Stadium . Due to the COVID-19 pandemic , match operations for the Italian clubs were initially suspended at the end of February 2020 and all operations on March 14, 2020 until further notice after the 13th match day.
