The 2012/13 season of the Pro12 (also called RaboDirect Pro 12 for sponsorship reasons ) began on August 31, 2012. The regular season consisted of 22 game days (one first and one second round) and lasted until May 5, 2013. The best four teams played in two semi-finals to participate in the final. Four teams each from Ireland and Wales and two teams each from Italy and Scotland took part .
The Irish team Leinster Rugby won the title for the third time . The defending champions were the Ospreys from Wales. There was a change in the Italian teams: the Aironi were dissolved and replaced by the Zebre .

- 2 points if there is a tie
- 0 points in the event of a loss (before possible bonus points)
