CenterTelekom ( Russian ЦентрТелеком ) was a telecommunications company in Russia with headquarters in Moscow .

CenterTelekom was one of the five most important telecommunications companies in Russia: after Rostelekom , Mobile TeleSystems , Vimpelcom and MegaFon .

The majority of the shares in CenterTelekom are held by the state-owned Russian company Svyazinvest .

CenterTelekom emerged from 17 different regional telecommunications providers. Since April 1, 2011, the company has been a subsidiary of the all-Russian telecommunications company Rostelekom .
