The Center Grove Township is one of twelve townships in Dickinson County in the northwest of the US -amerikanischen state of Iowa .

Center Grove Township is located in northwest Iowa in the middle of the Iowa Great Lakes . The West Okoboji Lake lies partly and the East Okoboji Lake almost completely within the Center Grove Township. The Minnesota border is 6 miles north of the township.
The Center Grove Township extends over 93.63 km², which is spread over 81.28 km² of land and 12.35 km² of water.
Center Grove Township is bordered by Spirit Lake Township in the north, Superior Township in the northeast, Richland Township in the east, Lloyd Township in the southeast, Milford Township in the south, Okoboji Township in the southwest, Lakeville Township in the west and the Diamond Lake Township to the northwest. All neighboring townships are also in Dickinson County.

US Highway 71 , which meets Iowa Highway 9 in the north of the township, runs through Center Grove Township from northeast to southwest .
To the north of Center Grove Township, a Union Pacific Railroad line runs through Spirit Lake .
On the western edge of the township there is a small airfield called Okoboji Airport .
