Charles II. De Croÿ (born July 31, 1522 - † June 24, 1551 in Quiévrain ) from the House of Croÿ was 3rd Prince of Chimay , 2nd Duke of Aarschot , 3rd Comte de Beaumont. He was the son of Philippe II. De Croÿ , Duke of Aarschot, and Anne de Croÿ, Princess of Chimay.

He inherited the Principality of Chimay and the Duchy of Aarschot from his mother in 1539 when his father died in 1549, thus merging the two great titles of the family for the first time.

His first marriage in 1541 was Louise de Lorraine (* 1521, † 1542), daughter of Claude de Lorraine, duc de Guise ( House of Guise ), who died after a short time, and his second marriage in 1549 was Antoinette of Burgundy (* 1529, † 1588), daughter of Adolf von Burgund , Lord von Beveren , Veere , Vlissingen etc., knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece , and sister of his brother-in-law Maximilian von Burgund ( House of Burgundy ).

Charles de Croÿ was murdered in Quiévrain in 1551 . Since he was childless, Chimay and Aarschot went to his brother Philippe III. de Croy . His widow later married Jacques d'Anneux, Seigneur d ' Aubencourt († 1588).
