Cheetah Girls - One World is an American television movie . The Disney Channel Original Movie is the sequel to the Cheetah Girls and Cheetah Girls 2 movies .

After graduating from high school , the Cheetah Girls get a call: They are supposed to be in a Hollywood movie. It turns out, however, that it was a misunderstanding and they are supposed to come to Bollywood instead . There a young Indian tries his hand at directing for the first time, with insufficient support from his grumpy uncle. He finally announced that only one of the girls would be selected for the film because the budget was tight. Chanel, Aqua and Dorinda fear for their friendship. Dorinda is of the opinion that she should take on the role, as she can dance best of the three, Aqua argues with her acting talent and Chanel with her singing voice. Chanel and the director are slowly getting closer, which is why he would like to have her in the lead role. Aqua has been flirting with a guy from tech support for some time and she runs into India by chance. He invites the Cheetas and the production team to his home, where he turns out to be an Indian prince. He makes his lock available for the sets - on condition that she gets the role. Dorinda gets to know the main character of the film. Since she is not over her ex yet, it remains a good friendship; she teaches him to dance and gives him tips on love affairs. He has a crush on the pretty, but shy and somewhat clumsy Gita, who also wants to become an actress. Thanks to Dorinda's support, the two get closer, which is why the main actor supports Dorinda's entry into the film as a thank you. Aqua, Dorinda and Chanel blame each other for their close relationship with the respective influential boy. When Chanel gets the role, it seems like the Cheetah Girls are finally broken. But Chanel rejects the role for the sake of her friends, who then reconcile with her and with each other. When the question is asked where they should get a new leading actress, the gaze falls on Gita, who is kissing the leading actor in front of a dreamy background. But since you don't want to do without the three girls, the newcomer director defends himself against his uncle, who grants him a larger budget. Dorinda calls her ex and asks him to reconcile with her at least enough that they can be friends. The film is shot and ends with a spectacular scene in which the Cheetah Girls sing "One World".
