Chelsea Raelle Hobbs (* 18th February 1985 in Vancouver , British Columbia ) is a Canadian actress .

Life

Chelsea Hobbs was born one of three siblings. She has two younger siblings, Taylor and Leonardo. Hobbs lives in Los Angeles , California . Her husband is the photographer Teren Oddo , with whom she has a daughter and a son.

Career

Chelsea Hobbs first appeared in the series No Adults Aloud in 1994 . Other roles followed in the years to come, including several guest appearances in series. In Germany she gained fame through her leading role as Gerda in the television film Die Schneekönigin with Bridget Fonda . In 2003 she was nominated for a Leo Award for best female lead actress for this role.

In 2006 she starred in several episodes of The L Word series , where she played Brooke . In 2007 and 2008, the main female roles followed in the films The Party Never Stops: Diary of a Binge Drinker and Confessions of a Go-Go Girl . She also made a guest appearance in 2008 in an episode of the series Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten .

From 2009 to 2011 she was in the television series Make It or Break It in the role of Emily Kmetko .
