Christopher Sean Chester (* 12. January 1983 in Tustin , California ) is a former American American football poker players on the position of the Guards . He played a total of 11 seasons for the Baltimore Ravens , the Washington Redskins and the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL).

Early years

Chester went to high school in his hometown of Tustin, California. Here he played American football on the position of tight end , running back and defensive end . He also played basketball . He later went to the University of Oklahoma . He played tight end for the first three years for the college football team, but in his senior year he was only on the offensive line .

NFL

Baltimore Ravens

Chester was selected as the 56th player by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2006 NFL Draft in the second round . In his first season he played eleven games, four of them as a starter. In the 2009 and 2010 seasons he was used as a tight end alongside right guard .

Washington Redskins

In July 2011, Chester signed a five-year deal with the Washington Redskins . He stayed for four years with the Redskins, for which he completed all 64 games as a starter in those four years.

Atlanta Falcons

On May 30, 2015, Chester signed a one-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons . In the 2015 season he started in all 16 games of the Falcons. On April 20, 2016, his contract was extended for one year. Also in the 2016 season he played in all 16 games and reached the Super Bowl LI with the Falcons , which was lost 28:34 against the New England Patriots .

On March 31, 2017, he announced that he was ending his professional football career.
