Christopher "Chris" Lowell (born October 17, 1984 in Atlanta , Georgia ) is an American actor .

life and career

Chris Lowell attended Atlanta International School , where he became interested in theater and film marketing. He then attended the University of Southern California .

Lowell was discovered in 2003 through an casting. He then landed a role in the short-lived ABC - Youth series Life as We Know It . He played the role of Stosh "Piz" Piznarski in the third season of Veronica Mars for 20 episodes . From 2007 to 2010 he played William "Dell" Parker in Private Practice .

Lowell is the singer with Two Shots for Poe .
