Christian Bader

Christian Bader (born July 27, 1882 in Holzgau , Tyrol ; † July 25, 1942 in Hall in Tyrol , Tyrol) was an Austrian teacher and politician ( CSP ).

Life

Christian Bader graduated after the elementary school , the high school in Brixen , in which he also Matura took off. He then studied history and geography at the University of Innsbruck , where he received his doctorate in 1909 .

After intermediate stops in Innsbruck and Meran , where he was a supplement at the local high school, he came to Kufstein in 1914 , where he became a professor at the local state high school . In 1926 he took over the management of the school as director, which he held until Austria was annexed in 1938.

His political career began in 1922 when he was elected Vice Mayor of Kufstein. It was three years until 1925. From June 1926 to January 1928 Bader represented Tyrol as a member of the Federal Council .

After that he became a deputy in the Tyrolean Parliament , in which he until parliament president rose.
