Christian Meyer (actor)
Christian Meyer (born August 31, 1982 in Dresden ) is a German actor .
Life
Christian Meyer was born in 1982 in the GDR in the Friedrichstadt hospital in Dresden . He comes from a family of engineers. After reunification, Christian's father moved to the Frankfurt am Main area for work at the beginning of 1992 , where he grew up in a suburb of Frankfurt from the age of 10 and spent the rest of his school days.
It was also the Christian Wirth School , where he graduated from high school in 2002, that discovered him for the stage at the age of 13 and henceforth encouraged him a. also mediated to surrounding theater ensembles.
Acting career
While still at the private Actors-In-Motion drama school in Munich, he was cast in 2005 by the Munich tour theater "Theatour" as the main role of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the production Amadeus after Shaffer. In the same year he also traveled to Innsbruck for the main role of Theodor Lieblich in the mystery thriller Exsecratus and in 2006 played in the movie Kein Bund fürs Leben and in 2008 a longer guest role in the early evening series Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten . This was followed by the short film Soft Skills, which won awards both at the International Festival of the Munich Film Schools and at the Landshut Short Film Festival, Aktenzeichen XY ... ungelöst and the SOKO Leipzig .
