Christian Rodembourg MSA (born August 26, 1956 in Brussels , Belgium ) is a Belgian religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Saint-Hyacinthe .

Life

Christian Rodembourg joined the religious order of the Société des Missionnaires des Saints Apôtres in 1989 and made temporary profession on May 12, 1991 . Rodembourg made his perpetual profession on May 29, 1994. He received on 5 August 1995, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On June 29, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Saint-Hyacinthe. The Archbishop of Sherbrooke , Luc Cyr , ordained him episcopal on September 17 of that year . Co- consecrators were his predecessor François Lapierre PME and the Bishop of Saint-Jean-Longueuil , Lionel Gendron PSS .
