Christian von Kolb
Karl Christian Kolb , from 1908 Knight von Kolb , (born March 14, 1848 in Ebermannstadt , † April 5, 1924 in Leipzig ) was a German judge and Senate President at the Imperial Court .
Life
The son of a barber went to the Lyceum in Bamberg and from 1867 studied law in Würzburg. 1872 was the year he was sworn in to the Bavarian sovereign. In 1879 he was appointed magistrate. In 1883 he became the second public prosecutor. In 1888 he was appointed district judge. In 1895 he became a public prosecutor and in 1895 he came to the Higher Regional Court as a senior public prosecutor. He came to the Imperial Court in 1898. As a Reich judge he was in the III. Criminal Senate and VII Civil Senate active. In 1909 he became Senate President of the 1st Criminal Senate . In 1921 he retired.
