Christoph Schobesberger (born February 17, 1954 in Salzburg ) is a German - Austrian actor and singer .

Life

From 1964 to 1968 Schobesberger was a member of the Vienna Boys' Choir before he began studying singing at the Mozarteum in Salzburg in 1972 and studied at the University of Music in Vienna . Christoph Schobesberger received his acting training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar . He also received an elementary school teacher diploma.

After his training, Schobesberger was initially a. a. at the Volkstheater Wien , the Düsseldorfer Kammerspiele, the Komödie im Bayerischer Hof in Munich and the Theater des Westens in Berlin , before he got more film and television engagements in Germany. He became famous here in particular in the role of senior physician Dr. Stein in the Sat.1 series Stefanie for all cases .

He showed his musical side in concert evenings and readings about Frank Sinatra and George Gershwin , in Mozart and Johann Strauss programs, as well as in his own solo programs.

Christoph Schobesberger lives in Berlin .
