Clayson Henrique da Silva Vieira , called Clayson , (born March 19, 1995 in Botucatu ) is a Brazilian football player . He is used in the position of an attacking midfielder or striker .

Clayson started his career a. a. in the junior areas of the União São João EC and Ituano FC . At both clubs he made first league appearances as a teenager.

At União he was substituted on March 17, 2012 in the state championship of São Paulo in the away game against Atlético Sorocaba in the 50th minute. In the game, Clayson also scored his first league goal. In the 83rd minute, he scored to 5-2.

On August 28, 2015 it was announced that Ituano would loan Clayson to the AA Ponte Preta until the end of the year. After moving to Ponte Preta in 2015 Clayson came into the season in the first time Brazilian championship on. On September 3, 2015 in the home game against Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte , he came into the game in the 77th minute for Biro Biro . Before the end of the loan deal, Ponte Preta announced the permanent hiring of Clayson in November 2015. The player received a five-year contract with the club. Clayson scored his first goal in Series A for Ponte Preta in the 2016 championship round on matchday five. In the away game against América Mineiro on June 3, 2016, he was in the starting line-up and scored in the 19th minute to take the lead 0-2 (the result was 1: 2).

At the start of the 2017 season, Clayson initially played for Ponte Preta. Moved to Corinthians São Paulo at the beginning of the championship round . The contract had a term of four years until December 2021. With the club he was 2017 national champion. Here he appeared in 29 games, 12 of them in the starting line-up and scored four goals.
