The Clidane is a river in France , who in the Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes runs. It rises in the municipality of Briffons , drained first southwest, then turns on the western and northwest and flows to a total of approximately 23 kilometers of the municipal boundary of Bourg-Lastic and Messeix as a left tributary to the Chavanon that here the border with neighboring Correze in of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . On its way, the Clidane is accompanied by the A89 motorway and the parallel railway line.
