criticism
“Comedy that does not find satirical sharpness in any scene and does little to illuminate the politics of expanding economic empires; rather boring than entertaining. "
- Roger Ebert gives the film three out of four points and writes: "The film is filled with moments of inspiration, the most memorable of which is a Coca-Cola advertisement with Aborigines; Scacchi crawls through the office and finds himself in a Coca-Cola refrigerator hidden and T. George's solution for his steam-powered beverage factory. "
