Coletta Rydzek (born June 6, 1997 in Oberstdorf ) is a German cross-country skier .

Career

Rydzek, who starts for SC Oberstdorf and has been a member of the Zoll-Ski-Team since August 2016 , took part in U18 and U20 races in the Alpencup from 2012 to 2017 and finished seventh in the 2015/16 season and in the 2016/17 season fourth place in the U20 overall standings. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2016 in Râşnov , she achieved 15th place in the sprint. The following year she won the bronze medal in the sprint at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in Soldier Hollow . In addition, she was there sixth with the season. In December 2018, she started in Valdidentro , for the first time in the Alpencup and finished 33rd in the sprint. She made her debut in the World Cup in March 2019 in Drammen , which she finished in 45th place in the sprint. In the same month she was in Reit im Winkl together with Celine Mayer and Laura Gimmler German champion in the relay of SC Oberstdorf. In the 2019/20 season she took her first victory in the Alpencup in the sprint in St. Ulrich am Pillersee and her first World Cup points with 15th place in the sprint in Dresden .

Her brother Johannes is active in Nordic Combined .
