Collegium Musicum Salzburg

The Collegium Musicum Salzburg is a chamber choir that Albert Anglberger founded in 1990 to complement the large university choir at the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg .

The choir consists mainly of students at the university from various fields of study who have choir experience and have an educable voice. Criteria for participation in the chamber choir are a trained voice, experience in leaf singing , reliability in attending rehearsals, interest in different choral music from all epochs including contemporary literature, ensemble spirit and adaptability.

The autonomously acting choir is also available outside of the actual area of ​​responsibility. For example, in 1992 he participated in the Mozart Festival in Schwetzingen , between 1995 and 1998 in the Salzburg Advent Singing , regularly at the Carinthian Summer in Millstatt and at various other events.

On average, there is an Advent concert , a passion concert and the final concert before the holidays in the second half of June during the academic year .
