Colli Perugini
Under the designation Colli Perugini DOC (dt. The hills of Perugia) are Italian white , red and sparkling wines , and Vin Santo from the provinces of Perugia and Terni in the Region of Umbria marketed. They have had a "controlled designation of origin " ( Denominazione di origine controllata - DOC) since 1981 , which was last updated on March 7, 2014.

Colli Perugini is offered in the following types of wine:
- Colli Perugini Bianco . Must consist of at least 50% Trebbiano Toscano grape variety . A maximum of 50% other white grape varieties approved for cultivation in the Umbria region may be added. The Malvasia Bianca di Candia and / or Malvasia Bianca Lunga grape varieties must not make up more than 10% of the total mixture.
- Colli Perugini Spumante . The sparkling wine must consist of at least 80% of the grape varieties Grechetto , Chardonnay , Pinot bianco , Pinot nero and / or Pinot Grigio - individually or together. A maximum of 20% other white grape varieties approved for cultivation in the Umbria region may be added.
- Colli Perugini Rosso , Colli Perugini Rosato and Colli Perugini Novello must consist of at least 50% Sangiovese grapes . A maximum of 50% other red grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the Umbria region may be added.
Furthermore, almost single-variety wines are offered. The grape variety mentioned in the name must be at least 85%. A maximum of 15% other analogous grape varieties that are approved for cultivation in the Umbria region may be added.

Cultivation
The cultivation and vinification of the wines are only permitted:
- in the province of Perugia : in the municipalities: Perugia , Deruta , Marsciano , Fratta Todina , Monte Castello di Vibio and Piegaro ,
- in the province of Terni : in the municipality of San Venanzo .
