Concepcion is a Filipino municipality in the province of Romblon , in the administrative region IV-B, Mimaropa. It has 4037 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). It is classified as a sixth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
Concepcion is the only settlement on the island of Maestro de Campo in the extreme northwest of the Romblonen archipelago in the Sibuyan Sea . The topography of the island is characterized by flat, undulating terrain.
