The Conemaugh River is a tributary of the Kiskiminetas River in the western US state of Pennsylvania in the United States . The river arises near Johnstown from the confluence of the Little Conemaugh River and the Stonycreek River in the southwest of Cambria County .

Located northwest of Blairsville poking Blacklick Creek added. At Saltsburg , the Loyalhanna Creek also meets the Conemaugh River , from which the Kiskiminetas River arises.
