Reviews

The film received positive ratings from 81 percent of Rotten Tomatoes critics (out of 27 total critics).

Dunja Bialas from artechock.de says: The absurdity of the comedy of the novel is easily integrated into the cinematic universe of Żuławski: Almost as if the text had only been waiting for the film to be made, and what luck that it happened. Manon Cavagna from critic.de describes that Żuławski tells the furious story of a story that arises in his film, whereby he dedicates himself to the microdrama, which always draws attention to the small parts of the already small whole.
