The Costa Rican U-17 national soccer team is a selection team of Costa Rican soccer players . It is subject to the Federación Costarricense de Fútbol and represents it internationally at U-17 level , for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations, at CONCACAF U-17 championships and U-17 world championships .
The team became CONCACAF champions in 1994 . Her best result at world championships was reaching the quarter-finals in 2001 , 2003 and 2005 .
