Coulanges is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Valloire-sur-Cisse with 311 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . The inhabitants are called Coulangeois .

On January 1, 2017, the municipality of Coulanges merged with Chouzy-sur-Cisse and Seillac to form the Commune nouvelle Valloire-sur-Cisse. It belonged to the Arrondissement Blois , the canton Onzain (until 2015 the canton Herbault ) and the municipality association Agglomération de Blois .
