Craig Hammack
Craig Hammack (* in Plano , Texas ) is an American special effects artist .
Life
Hammack studied at Texas A&M University and in 1996 was employed as Technical Director at Industrial Light & Magic . He made his feature film debut in 1997 with Jan de Bont's thriller Speed 2 - Cruise Control . He also acted in several films of the Star Wars - Franchise with, including Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith . 2017 he worked for Peter Berg's disaster movie Deepwater Horizon together with Jason Snell , Jason Billington and Burt Dalton for the Oscar in the category Best Visual Effects nomination. In the same year he was accepted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), which awards the Oscars every year.
