Corneliu Cristian Pulhac (born August 17, 1984 in Iași ) is a Romanian football player . He has been without a club since January 2018.

Career

Pulhac began his career in the youth teams of Politehnica Iaşi and Sporting Piteşti. In 2002 he was hired by Dinamo Bucharest and immediately awarded to the FCM Câmpina. In the following season, a loan followed, this time he was in the squad of Sportul Studențesc . There he was able to make promotion to the highest Romanian league.

In 2004 he was finally accepted by Dinamo Bucharest in the squad of the first team, while he also came to a few appearances in the second team. The Romanian Cup was won in the first year, and you could also be runner-up. They finished second in 2005/06, and this year the defender also made his debut at European club level. Pulhac made his debut on September 15, 2005 against English representatives Everton FC . He played through and the game in Bucharest was won 5-1. 2006/07 the greatest success in Pulhac's career to date was celebrated by winning the championship title with Dinamo. In the following two seasons, they finished fourth and third. In August 2010 he signed a loan deal with Hércules Alicante . Alicante also has a purchase option on the defender. Pulhac could not prevail at Hércules and was rarely used. At the end of the 2010/11 season he had to relegate his team to the Segunda División . In summer 2011 he returned to Bucharest. There he won the Romanian Cup for the second time with Dinamo in 2012 . In January 2013 he left Romania and moved to FK Qəbələ in Azerbaijan. After his contract there ended in the summer of 2014, he was without engagement for half a year. In January 2015, the Polish club Zawisza Bydgoszcz brought him to the Ekstraklasa . At the end of the season he had to relegate his team. He was subsequently without a club for almost half a year before the relegation-threatened Romanian first division club Petrolul Ploieşti signed him in November 2015 . After relegation in 2016 , he left the club and joined the Cypriot first division side Aris Limassol .

At the beginning of 2017 Pulhac returned to Romania and joined second division FC Academica Clinceni . His contract was terminated at the end of 2017.
