Cserháthaláp is a Hungarian community in the county Balassagyarmat in Nógrád county .

Geographical location

Cserháthaláp is located 12 kilometers southeast of the city of Balassagyarmat , on the small river Fekete-víz . Neighboring municipalities are Magyarnándor, Mohora, Cserhátsurány and Terény.
