The DGB district of Baden-Württemberg includes the state of Baden-Württemberg .

The DGB district sees itself as “the political voice of the eight member unions at state level”, which represents “the union interests vis-à-vis political decision-makers, parties and associations”. Around 815,000 union members are organized across the district (as of the end of 2019).
