Dampierre is a town in the French Calvados department in Normandy . The municipality , which existed until January 1, 2017, belonged to the canton of Aunay-sur-Odon and the Arrondissement Vire . It was merged with La Lande-sur-Drôme , Saint-Jean-des-Essartiers and Sept-Vents to form the Commune nouvelle Val de Drôme by a decree of September 26, 2016 . Since then it has been a Commune déléguée .

The municipality marker covered 5.26 km².
