Daniel Bartosch (born May 20, 1990 in Graz ) is an Austrian football goalkeeper .

Career

Bartosch started his career at ASV Gösting . In 2002 he switched to the youth of the Grazer AK . In 2005 he joined the SC Kalsdorf . In May 2006 he switched to the amateurs of the DSV Leoben . In October 2007 he was against FC Lustenau 07 for the first time in the squad of the professionals from Leoben.

In January 2008 he switched to the SK Rapid Vienna academy . In June 2008 he made his debut for the amateurs of Rapid in the Regionalliga when he was in the starting line-up against Floridsdorfer AC on matchday 30 of the 2007/08 season . After a year at Rapid, he moved to Slovenia in January 2009 for the first division club NK Drava Ptuj . However, he was not used for Drava Ptuj.

After half a year abroad, he returned to Austria for the 2009/10 season and switched to the amateurs of SK Sturm Graz . In February 2010 he was in the professional squad of Sturm for the first time in the ÖFB Cup against FC Red Bull Salzburg . At the end of the season he won the Cup with Sturm. For the 2010/11 season, Bartosch finally moved into the professional squad of Graz. With Sturm he was able to become champions that season, but he did not make it to appearances.

After two years with Sturm Graz, he moved to the second division club FC Blau-Weiß Linz for the 2011/12 season . In July 2011 he made his debut in the second division when he was substituted on for the injured David Wimleitner on the fourth day of that season against Wolfsberger AC in the 51st minute . On the following match day he was against SKN St. Pölten for the first time in the Linzer starting line-up. In his first season with BW Linz, he made a total of ten appearances in the league. In the 2012/13 season he played four times in the second-highest division, in which they were bottom of the table that season, but were still allowed to play in relegation due to the forced relegation of FC Lustenau. There Bartosch was in goal in both games, but the Linz team lost both games against SC-ESV Parndorf in 1919 and were relegated to the regional league. Bartosch stayed with the club despite the relegation and completed 15 games in the regional league in the 2013/14 season.

For the 2014/15 season he left BW Linz after three years and moved to the fifth-class FC Lankowitz . After half a year at Lankowitz, he moved to fourth-class SC Liezen in January 2015 . For Liezen, he played 43 games in the regional league in the next year and a half . For the 2016/17 season he moved to the regional division TSV Hartberg . Until the winter break, he played in nine regional league games for Hartberg. After six months at Hartberg, he returned to Liezen in January 2017.

In January 2019 he switched to league competitor USV Mettersdorf . In one year at Mettersdorf he made 28 appearances in the regional league. In January 2020 he moved to the UFC Markt Allhau . For Markt Allhau he played a game in the Burgenland League until the end of the season . For the 2020/21 season he moved to the regional division TuS Bad Gleichenberg .
