Daniele Gianotti (born September 14, 1957 in Calerno , Sant'Ilario d'Enza , Reggio Emilia province , Italy ) is an Italian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Crema .

Life

Daniele Gianotti received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Reggio Calabria on June 19, 1982 through the Bishop of Reggio Emilia , Gilberto Baroni .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Crema on January 11, 2017 . The Bishop of Reggio Emilia-Guastalla , Massimo Camisasca FSCB , donated him episcopal ordination on March 19 of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Brescia , Luciano Monari , and his predecessor Oscar Cantoni , Bishop of Como . The inauguration in the Diocese of Crema took place on April 2, 2017.
