action

While his parents are on vacation, twelve-year-old Victor takes the opportunity to rummage around the apartment all by himself - and sees a man with a mask in the mirror for seconds. His sisters Cora and Louise initially think this is a pipe dream. Therefore, at the beginning he researches alone and the more he goes in search of an explanation, the clearer it becomes that the death of the girl Cäcilie 20 years ago must have something to do with the matter. She fell over the banister at the age of twelve - an accident that has never been fully clarified. Through the stories of an old uncle, Cäcilie's father, he and his sisters come across a former friend of Cäcilie's, Friedrich Mörlin.
