Das Stacheltier: It's about the sausage is a black and white German satirical short fiction film from the DEFA studio for fiction films by Harald Röbbeling from 1955 .

action

The round table at a pub in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg quickly eats a couple of HO sausages from the glass before they go home , because the host wants to call it a day. At home, Karl, a postal worker, gets into trouble with his wife Rosa because of the long binge, which increases the next morning when he leaves the apartment angrily. Another member of the regulars' table is Leo, a hairdresser who also wakes up with a heavy head. In the salon, before the first shave, he heard the news from the RIAS that three citizens in East Berlin were infected with poisoned sausages from the HO. The three Skat brothers were named by the regulars' table. Since Leo has eaten from it too, as a precaution he goes to bed and lets his wife look after him. In the course of the day, the death of the sick is reported. When Leo found out, he went to Karl's wife to offer his condolences. She also said that everything happened very quickly and neither of them noticed that they were talking about different stories. In order to process all of this, Leo goes to his local pub and finds his skat buddies there in happy company. When he hears the message about his own death in the RIAS, he realizes that everything was a duck .
