Dasharathchand ( Nepali दशरथचन्द ) is a city ( municipality ) in the Baitadi District in the Sudurpashchim Province in the far west of Nepal .

Dasharathchand is the administrative seat of the district. The city is located on a hilltop above the Mahakali River not far from the Indian border at an altitude of 730 to 2115  m . The urban area covers 55.01 km². It is connected to the outside world via the not yet fully developed Mahakali highway from Dhangadhi in the south to Mahakali in the north.

At the 2011 census Dasharathchand had 16,791 inhabitants (7,682 men) in 3,788 households.
