David Oberkogler

David Oberkogler (* 1974 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

David Oberkogler trained at the Krauss drama school , which he graduated in 1998.

He was then engaged at the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck until 2000 , at the Schlossparktheater Berlin in 2000/01 and at the Burgtheater in Vienna from 2002 to 2009 , where he appeared on stage as Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet, for example . He has been working as a freelance actor since 2009, for example he was regularly seen at the Reichenau Festival . In 2019 he played the doctor Ignatij I. Schpigelskij at the Reichenau Festival in A Month in the Country .

Guest performances have taken him to the United Theaters of Bozen , the Theater Drachengasse , the Vienna Volkstheater and the Rabenhof Theater .

From 2013 to 2019 he played the role of Toni Rauper in the ORF television series CopStories .
