Deadline ( deadline magazine ) is a Saarland film magazine that emerged in 2006 from the Splatter - Fanzine Gory News . It appears every two months in the DPV-Network-Vertrieb. The magazine appears in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is mainly available in train station bookshops.

The thematic focus is on horror films , fantastic films , science fiction films and thrillers . But anime , comedy , independent film and amateur film are also an integral part. The magazine contains reviews of current films and a wealth of current DVD and Bluray publications, interviews and various background reports. The directors Jörg Buttgereit and Thilo Gosejohann as well as the film scholar Marcus Stiglegger were able to write regular columns be won. The radio play corner is of Hennes Bender looked after. There are also reviews of PC and console games, comics, and books.
