Debra Rae "Debbie" Armstrong (born December 6, 1963 in Salem , Oregon ) is a former American ski racer .

In the Ski World Cup she was on the podium once, on January 8, 1984 in the giant slalom in Puy-Saint-Vincent . At the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo , she achieved the greatest success of her career by winning the gold medal in the same discipline. At the end of the 1987/88 season she resigned from top-class sport.
