The dean's office in Munich-Perlach is a dean's office of the Roman Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising . Around 48,000 Catholics live in the deanery. In terms of territory, the deanery roughly encompasses the Munich district 16 Ramersdorf-Perlach and the district community of Neubiberg . At the moment eight parishes belong to the deanery Perlach. The 2020 structural plan of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising provides that the Perlach dean's office will in future include three parish associations and the parish of Christ the Redeemer (Neuperlach district church). The current dean is Christian Penzkofer. His deputy is Bodo Windolf. The Catholic Military ParishNeubiberg does not belong to the dean's office in Munich-Perlach, but to the military dean's office in Munich.

Catholic associations and groups in the Deanery Perlach

Association of German Catholic Youth (BDKJ) in the Deanery Munich-Perlach

The Federation of German Catholic Youth (BDKJ) is made up of the member associations of the BDKJ represented in the Munich-Perlach deanery. He represents the political, social and ecclesiastical interests of the Catholic youth of the deanery organized in the association, in particular at the city and regional assembly of the BDKJ. The BDKJ Perlach is managed by the BDKJ Dean's Board, which is the Dean's youth leadership. Member associations in Perlach are:

Middle level of the Catholic young community Perlach (kjg Perlach)

The young catholic community (kjg) Perlach is the deanery youth of the deanery Perlach. She regularly organizes activities for young people from all Perlach parishes. As the middle level (= deanery association) Perlach it belongs to the diocesan association of Munich and Freising of the young Catholic community.

DPSG tribes in Perlach

There are two scout tribes of the German Scouting Association Saint Georg (DPSG) in Perlach: The tribe Camilo Torres was founded in 1967 and is based in the parish of Christ the Redeemer. The St. Michael Perlach tribe is based in the parish of St. Michael. It was founded on May 8, 1992.

Kolping family Neubiberg

A Kolping family is at home in the parish Rosenkranzkönigin in the community of Neubiberg . It was founded on March 13th, 1988. Since then, the number of members has grown continuously. More than 120 members are currently registered in our Kolping Family.

Catholic Women's Community in Germany (kfd)

There is a local group of the Catholic Women's Community of Germany (kfd) in the church center Maximilian-Kolbe in the parish Christ the Redeemer and it was in St. Michael in Altperlach until 1997 .
