Dennis Licht (born May 30, 1984 in Apeldoorn ) is a Dutch middle and long distance runner .

At the European Cross Country Championships in 2004 in Heringsdorf he came in 78th place, and at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Turin in 2009 he was eliminated over 1500 m in the preliminary run.

Over 5000 m he was seventh at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2012 and failed in the first round at the 2015 World Athletics Championships in Beijing.

He was twice the Dutch champion in the 5000 m (2011, 2015) and in cross-country running on the short distance (2006, 2011) and once in the 3000-meter obstacle course (2010). In the hall he won the national title over 3000 m three times (2008, 2009, 2015).
